Ewww... what a mistake! I'm sorry, Lisa. Actually, I just checked. And the mistake isn't that the link is broken. The mistake is that there is a link to a "Worksheet #21" in the first place. We don't have a worksheet for GetDPD. We only have the video for that section. I double-checked in my production notes for the course. There really isn't anything missing. I just listed a worksheet for a topic that does not come with a worksheet. :) I just removed the link. Thanks for letting me know, Lisa. And I apologize for the confusion I caused. Best, Leo

Hi Leo! The link to worksheet 21 (GetDPD) is not working. Of course, that's the one I need right now. :-)

Hi Lisa. Great, I love that you're having fun. Yes, I do offer a money-back guarantee. In fact, when you use ClickBank as your payment provider, they require you to offer a 60 day unconditional money back guarantee. And you have to say that in your salesletter (otherwise they won't approve your product). So if a customer is unhappy for any reason, or for no reason at all, he or she can ask ClickBank for a refund. So you don't even have to deal with it. And don't worry: I can see that you care about your customers, and about providing real value to them. So you're not going to have any troubles with refund rates. I think my refund rate for most products is somewhere around 5%. That means, for every 1 customer who asks for a refund I am getting 19 customers who are happy with the product. And also, since your product is digital and doesn't cost you anything to deliver, refunds don't really mean a loss to you. It's just as if a customer who did decide to buy had not decided to buy. Good question! Thank you, Lisa. Best, Leo

What part do I enjoy most? Definitely the rapid content creation. So fun!!

Quick question came to mind--maybe, you answer it later in the program--if so, please disregard. Do you offer a refund policy to your customers? I'm wondering what to do about that.

I want to act in integrity, but I'm not sure what kind of refund policy to craft and what the terms should be.

Cheers.

How long will this page be active? This may take me a while and I don't see any way to save videos. I would like to use them for future reference.
